"I couldn't recommend this service enough. At about 11.30 pm, my 76 year old mother had a fall, night staff were not available and an ambulance would be 6 hours! I booked my paramedic (TJ), who arrived at the time I booked, assumed control, assessed mum's condition and carried out a handover to the NHS ambulance when it arrived. Having this service available provides peace of mind to my family, allows us to relax and stops the constant worry, knowing that my own paramedic is available!
